Feedback from our customers has highlighted that on time delivery and quality is of the up most importance. Therefore at G Squared we make the following promise:-

Late Delivery.

If the parts are delivered later than the date we acknowledge following receipt of your order, then we will not charge any carriage for that delivery.

Quality.

If parts do not meet the requirements of the drawing then we will rework or replace the items free of charge.

Also if parts are damaged due to transit then we will re-work or replace the items again free of charge.
